If you are using other email addresses, you can choose to have these email addresses sent to your CFXHosting mailbox. Chose from a convenient drop-down menu, which automatically color-codes these messages for easy organization.
Filter Incoming Mail
Filter your incoming mail using the integrated Black and White List. Use this feature to create a list of those email addresses that you choose to receive mail from — your “white” list — and those that you choose to block – your “black list.” Creating these lists allow you to reject or accept mail based on sender. You can also choose to mark select mail senders as SPAM. Messages from these senders will show up as SPAM.
Change Your Inbox Design
You now have the opportunity to choose what your mailbox looks like. Choose from five unique email skins.
Customize Time, Date and Language
Select your own time zone, edit the date format, and edit your mailbox language – choose from 24 different languages. These options can be accessed by clicking the Settings icon on the top toolbar.
View Your Mailbox Storage Size
Each mailbox includes a mailbox usage meter which displays the remaining mailbox space in an easy-to-read format.
Manage Your Contacts Via the Address Book
This address book has all the features you need to manage your personal and business relationships. Adding records is simple, and organization is made easy with the category feature. Each contact can be assigned a category—work, personal, etc.—for further organization. You can easily populate your address book by importing and exporting contacts via a .csv file.
Create Group Mailing Lists
If you continually email the same group of people, why not create your own mailing list? This list screen makes it a breeze. Your address book contacts are displayed for you. Setting up a group is as easy as clicking an arrow.
Manage a Personal Calendar
You can create an online calendar to manage your personal appointments, tasks and events.Included is the option to share your calendar online via a public webpage. Choose which events are public, which are private, and which can be shared with friends. These friends can be given rights to your calendar to either view, view and modify, or to gain full control over the calendar.
Access online help files
If you or your users have a question, help is just a click away. A complete online help system is built directly into the email interface. This system contains answers to the most commonly asked questions, and allows you to search the database by topic or keyword.Administrator Privileges
As the administrator of the email domain, you will have access to an online administrator control panel, accessible via the web.
Easily Add New Users and Mailboxes
You can add, delete and modify your mailbox users, as well as set mailbox options, all from one screen.Allocate Space Among Mailboxes
As the mailbox administrator, you can choose how much space you allocate among your given email addresses. Non-Branded Email Boxes Available for Resellers
If you are reselling our hosting solutions, you may choose to utilize non-branded email boxes. This will prevent your customers from knowing that CFXHosting actually hosts their email. To activate this feature, please contact Technical Support.Custom Branded Email Login Screen
