Insight Basic
Included FREE with all Dedicated Solutions.
This service will test your web port (HTTP) at 5-minute intervals. If
this port does not respond, our monitoring service will notify you immediately
via email or pager. We will perform a soft reboot of the server.
Insight Advanced
This includes the Insight Basic Service package monitoring plus notification
of 3 additional services. In addition, you receive:
- Hard rebooting of your server.
- Weekly reports for all monitored services are emailed
directly to you.
